Oh I see.
I was just wondering because me and my friend both saw the condition damage number popping up. So i guess one doesn’t really apply then.

What happens if a boss is getting the “burning” or “poisoning” condition from multiple party members?
Will he get burned twice or does only the damage from one burning apply?
And is it from the one who cast it first or the one with the higher condition damage?

What bothers me most when I play my char is that he uses most quotes from other races, especially humans. Sure, every race does that, but it occurs to me that the people in charge of Charr quotes were the laziest. There is so much lost potentional in these quotes

Why is my Charr Ele saying “Behold! The ocean’s power” when he could say something like “The waves will crush you!”?

Also I think Charr are the race with the most “stolen” quotes from other races.
Look at the Swiftness Boon Quote:
Norn male: Faster!
Norn female: Quickly!
Asura male/female: Accelerating
Human male: Eat my dust!
Human female. I could outrun a centaur!
Sylvari male: Swift and steady!
Sylvari female: I’m fast as the wind!
Charr female: “Swiftly!”
…Charr male: “Faster.”

Moreover, the way Charr say their “stolen” quotes is with lot less emotion than the one of the original races
Human: “I CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS!”
Charr: “I can move mountains.”

Some other quotes from Charrs with monotone sound:
“I feel… strong” (Human male)
“I feel so… vulnerable” (Human male/female)
“Faster” (Norn male)
“Refreshing” (Human male)
“Venom.. too strong” (Human female)
“Can’t.. breathe” (Human male)
“Go ahead, hit me” (Human male)
“Armored up” (Human male, Asura female)

On the contrary, when I look at my Asura or Sylvari, nearly all the quotes are unique and aren’t shared with other races. Why is that? It really annoys me when I play my Charr and it’s one of the reasons I will only have one of them.

Hey guys I want my Warrior to be a bit tanky, and I’m deciding which equipment he should get.

- Armor + Accessory Power Precision Toughness
- Armor + Accessory Power Vitaly Crit Damage
- Armor Power Precision Toughness + Accessory Power Vitaly Crit Damage

What do you think is best?
And when is it better to go for Precision or Crit Damage (E.G. Crit Damage is better when Crit Chance is over 50%)?
