Hero Point Bugged : Treacherous Path Waypoint

I have a problem at the HP near Treacherous Path Waypoint ,even i kill the champion ,get the reward chest,but no completion shown on the map( normally it will show " Hero Point Earned").
Did it 3 times from yesterday but the problem still here,now i am stay at 98% map completion will this HP left >_<.

Please help

Actually i wait for a long time and no event happen there.
The Cattlepult is no action at all,no firing,no cow coming.
Try to talk to the NPC,but nothing changed.

Above is what happened today at that position i encountered
