As much as I would love to offer you advice on this, the truth is you did nothing wrong. It was the error of the GM who suspended your account. Telling you to change your play style would not be the appropriate thing to do at this point. My suggestion would be to play as you enjoy so long as it is conducive with the User Agreement.

As you can see even your GMs recognize that he is not a Gold Seller/RMT, and tell him its fine to play the way he wishes to, but when he tries to help friends he gets banned.

P.S. Im aware it hasent been three days since this ticket being opened, but in light of the message from the GM quoted in the post you can see this ban isnt justified and should be looked into asap.

Id love an ANet response on this, it seems im not the only person effected and if it was an intentional change we should have heard about it.

3 runs in 2 days isnt too often, i used to do 10-15 runs a day easily.

This feels significant though, i understand a bad run, where i end up with 0-3 rares, but ive always ended up with something. Im just looking for an answer for if it was actually nerfed or not.

Even to bosses before Maw, i usually get 1-2 rare per chest, done 2-3 full runs and i havent gotten a single rare outside of mob drops. Just want to make sure it isnt only me.

Anyone else notice a HUGE nerf to the loot coming from the boss chests? It seems like an unnecessary change to higher level fractals and makes them pointless to do beyond your one daily fractal.

I could see them changing loot from fractals 1-10 because it was really disproportional, but doing a run of level 28 for my daily and not seeing a single rare drop from a chest in about an hour and a half is ridiculous.

Was perma banned 3+ days ago for suspected gold selling. He sent ~10g to a friend he has had on his list since Beta and his ticket hasent been reviewed yet. He has updated his ticket quite a few times even included his passport to prove he is in fact not a gold seller. He has 3-4k hours between GW1 and GW2, and has supported this game since the beginning.

Please take a look at his ticket, he is one of the most honest guys i know and has put a ton of work into his account (including getting a legendary) and he deserves to have his account restored.

I agree with this post, in LA today there were 5 Commanders mostly just standing around. But their icons were blocking the TP and half of the crafting stations. And its completely useless to have them appear outside of WvW apart from an kitten stroke, an option to disable them wouldn’t go amiss.
