Is there a good site that has basic class/skill guides? I’m new to the game and finding some of the in game explanations lacking and would like to have a better understanding of how some of the mechanics work. For example one of the classes I have been messing with is the Thief and am not sure how the initiative works or how the base dagger attack (backstab chain) works.

Sorry for being new and dumb but the game operates differently enough that I need a bit more info that what is in the tool tips. Thanks in advance.
