Thank you for your response. So basically the report system is inadequate? Fine a few people have been raging on the forums about being banned. I’m not saying that they’re not working, I’m just saying that when 20+ bots haven’t been banned in over a week with hundreds of reports to their name, that kinda makes people wonder.
I know there are other problems which Arena is currently trying to deal with but these botters need to be dealt with more urgency. They’re ruining my experience personally and the experience of, I’m sure, many other players.

PS. Are you an ArenaNet staff member? That information about exploits is irrelevant and looks like a copy and paste to make the post look nice. No offence intended. Just being honest.

Yup they’ve been there for over a week on my server. Report them everyday and so do my friends and I’m sure, many many other people do as well. No change.

Well as the title says I believe that report is broken. The reason for this is that many players and myself have been reporting botters everyday for more than a week and they’re still there.
Arena seems to be a caring company and say they are revolutionizing the MMORPG Experience. So yeah I’m gonna say the Report system is broken.
Botters are ruining the game experience for all of us who play fairly. They camp out at the dynamic event spots and kill everything. For example, sometimes at the Shelter’s Gate Defense Event they cam out at the spawn spots and the monsters die where they spawn. The only thing that sometimes survives is the Veteran Risen Spider. It might make it up a few stairs.
So please Arena look into this problem. If this is in the wrong place my apologies, but like I said it must be a bug yeah? The feature is broken obviously. Thank you.

Botter activity has increased markedly over the past few weeks. Currently there are some botters in Cursed Shores (Eradon Terrace) who haven’t moved in about a week. I report them everyday and so do other players yet nothing has been done. The situation has gotten ridiculous.

So please GMs, I beg of you to please ban these cheaters in a more timely fashion. They are ruining the game for other players who play fairly. Sometimes during events I see monsters spawn dead because the botters kill them so quickly.
