How much do you charge for a commission?

Hey all,

I made a new guild and, therefore, new to the whole guild master job (Yay!). So I am a little worried as to how my guild will fare in the long run. As a way to calm my nerves, I decided to search for some help.
I was looking around the internet for tips on being a good guild master and having a long lasting, awesome guild, and all I found were tips on how to become a good guild master in WoW. So I thought, “Why not Guild Wars?”

I stated this topic not only to help me, but for others who need help too (I searched around the forums, I don’t think there is a topic for this yet. Plus I don’t know if this is the correct place to put it).

So far my favorite tip is:
“Think about the flaws in your past guild master; try to become someone better.”

(My past guild master was also new at being a leader. He wasn’t the worst, but he wasn’t the best either. The reason I left was because he couldn’t maintain order in his guild, so that’s why I’m a little worried with my own.)
