So I have been going back and forth and back and forth trying to decide how I like traiting my necromancer. Currently I am running Axe/Focus with Dagger/Warhorn for a power build. Goal is to stack vulnerability and then nuke with the axe “2.” I can see how this could be very strong, but as far as pvp is concerned, it is hard to stack the vulnerability and then get off your damage without it being dodged or blocked or condi cleansed. So I have been wondering about condimancer again. The core things I have questions about; power/prec/condi dmg armor set or prec/toughness/condi dmg (I know that they have their own strengths and one may not be better than the other, I am just looking for examples of when to use one set as opposed to the other), and in general, are people building more powermancer or condimancer.
