you need the inscription and the 2parts of the weapon, If its a rifles, you need to craft a barrel and the stock. Then go to your discovery tab and place the 3 items into the boxes and it will tell you if it can make something new.

I have made a mighty green inscription, how do I apply this to a weapon I am crafting

At the moment I am crafting level 5 weapons as my crafting levels up will the weapons be higher levels? Also can I pick the level for the weapon im crafting?
