I bought the game from the guild wars 2 site. I haven’t created a character yet because I was trying to get on my friends server

Recently my account was suspended and i came here after submitting a support ticket. It seems people know why they were suspended but mine just says account issue. I’m pretty confused as to what I could have done wrong seeing as how I haven’t even created a character yet. Support has responded very promptly but I still don’t know why. I’d really like to try this game is there a way I can figure out why i was suspended?
