Im getting really long loading times at least 2-5 minutes average, IDK whats causing this because I have a very fast internet connection. THe loading time has affected my gameplay drastically as I can no longer play pvp due to the afk penalty and will immediately kick me out of game due to inactivity this started happening ever since I upgraded to the 64 bit client event though I have a Mac thats late 2013 desktop i5. The loading times, texture loading, and environment missing are my number 1 issue for the client rn and I have to wait at least 5-10 minutes until everything in one map is loaded.

How much Ram Memory do you have?
I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro, initially comes with 4GB of Ram. I recently upgraded my Ram to 16GB and although, I still do not get very good frame-rates (20~30), I load in much (much!) faster. Could be just that. If you have 4GB, its not enough no more.
P.s. and 8GB upgrade will cost you around $80 and will help with all applications.

Well I for one am quite happy to be getting Tomes back. And seeing how they are attached to our virtues and not as skills, they are not exactly what we lost.

I get your point, but should you not be glad to finally be heard and to get what you wanted. Instead you seem bitter that Anet is listening.

In their shoes, I as well would be much more pleased with a product that is enhanced and made as a whole specialization out of, rather then a skill fix. Additionally, we are getting a new set of skills (mantras) so in my eyes, its a win/win and I can’t wait to play around with the firebrand.

I havent played the game much since the beginning of the latest PvP season, but today when I downloaded the new patch to play the new release (hype!) I fell into this bug repeatedly, where I seem to lose control of my character. The keyboard stop working in-game. I can still use my mouse to activate skills, so its not a sever connection issue.
It must be a new problem, because I havent seen anything online about it after a fast web search.
Anyone else fall into the same problem?
It seems to happen randomly as I’ve experienced it at different places and only a complete log off seems to help the problem, temporarily.
