Well atm i am running a sword and focus build since i bought the wings of gem store and when i stow my shield it makes my wings disappear and that makes me super super sad =(

I just finished crafting Infinite Light about a week or two ago, and it was totally worth it. The first thing I did (over time, of course) was purchase the rest of the 500 cores I needed off the TP. Then I went for the sword blades.

When I was buying, cores went for just over 1g apiece. Add ~17s for a crystalline dust and 25s for a bottle of elonian wine and each lodestone cost me about 2.5g, which was far cheaper than buying them directly.

It’s a long process, but you get a cool skin out of it, so imo it’s totally worth it.

Maybe ill just have to put in the time and maybe some gem exchange for gold, though if i want it for my sword and shield holy guardian problem is S/SH guardian isnt the best lol

Well its going to be mostly me and my gf playing through the game (not sure on her class yet) so there will probably be some dungeons and whatnot so i dont need to be the best player on the planet just looking to be decent

So its not really viable, sure i can use it but im going to suck, is what it is sounding like lol mosly due to the damage and skills of the sword right?

are there any classes that are viable as a sword and shield user? if so which is the best?

thought they added collections to make legendary super easy…or am i wrong

thats lame it shouldnt be easier to get a legendary then this sword lol

are they good at sword and shield? i want a holy knight type char so not super keen on being a darkness warrior but also dont like being the worst player in the game lol so yeah id like guardian but if warrior or revenant are actually good at it well i can be that

So been thinking about returning to the game after a few years of not playing and one of the reasons i stopped was i want to play a sword and shield class, preferably guardian, but they suck, or did.

So been away from the game for a long time and thinking about coming back. The weapon i would die to have is the Sword of Infinite Light but it was always so difficult to get.

Is it any easier to get to get now a days or is it still a huge grind?

Don’t suppose I can turn off the particle effeces on it? I’ll definitely look at it though thanks for the suggestion

Now I know sword shield is bad cause shield cuts dps but I care more about looks instead of being the best ever

I would prefer just using a sword no off hand (or one so tiny it’s hard to notice) but I doubt that’s possible so my second choice is sword shield so does anyone have a build that is good enough to do the majority of PVE and maybe some EotM?
