Same issue, originally i thought it might be a memory problem. Since i normally run my browser next to gw2 while playing (gw2 wiki ftw)
But i still crashed with only gw2 running.
Also, its not a windowed vs full-screen issue since i always play in full-screen.
And its a recent bug, probably introduced with the games last major update, since I’ve gotten character through this mission 4 times already. never had any trouble.
Its probably in some way related to Nvidia though since i too have such a vid card in my pc. (Nvidia driver 382.05, though i’ll update it to latest after this post.)
My card is a Geforce GTX 970. my motherboard thing is a intel core i5 6600 cpu 3.30 ghz.
i’m running Win 7 (cus i don’t buy in to Micro-scam’s add-supported junk of a win10)
I’ve sent my crash logs in when my game crashed.
So I’ve done everything i possibly can to help figure out this bug. I’m sure it will get fixed soon.
Until then, i’ll go play one of my (many) alt characters.

I don’t think this is a driver issue. This bug existed before when HoT first launched. I had 3 characters stuck on this quest. It finally got patched out, but it looks like it made it’s way back in.

Same here. Crashed 3 times in a row. Logged out and gave up. If I remember correctly, this bug existed when HoT launched, was patched out, now it looks like it crept back in. Really wanting to maybe prepurchase new expansion, but this bug makes it less likely. Would like to finish HoT and S3 on my main.

Is that White Gold dye? That light color on the metal parts is awesome.

Big upgrade since my first post. Still unsure of the dye scheme, but here she is. T3 cultural w/ Fiery Dragon Sword.

Just wondering what that color scheme you have is. Been looking for a better Gold other than Antique Gold. I like that scheme.
