One of the leaders of my guild (Guardians of the Light, GOTL) was mistakenly perma-banned. Please review Derehk’s account and restore his good standing.
The guild fully supports our leader and believe that all claims against his account are unjust and are unsubstantiated. We need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Our officers and leaders have put a lot of real time and real world cash into making this guild strong.
We are against any breaking of the rules of conduct and remove any members that we feel have violated the terms of service.
Guardians of the Light is over 10 years old and we have made it a community and we are looking forward to your response in resolving the issue. We are here to support the Guild wars community in every effort.
I have been a loyal GW1 and GW2 player, and a proud member of GOTL, and my chosen guild and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
