Sorry about double post, but I too have noticed that you cannot stomp (finish someone in PvP) while under the effects of signet of the wild. Don’t know if this is deliberate or not. Apparently it has been this way since BWE2 or so.
Not sure if this is a bug or a one time glitch but I was downed by a thief in WvW and while down, he stole from me and then used the tree thing he got off me on my location. It stopped me from doing anything while on the ground (stunning or hitting him). Would be interested to know if anyone else has seen this. The way the thief did it made me think he knew what he was doing.
