Recently got myself a r9 290. I’m getting very poor (imo) FPS. Talking like 20 or so in Hotm with character model quality and limit on normal and render sampling at native. My GPU is at 100% which is really wierd. Even tried subsample and that got me 26 FPS. It’s under 60 FPS in normal PvE most of the time. CPU usage is around 50%. I tried a GTX 680 for a day and was getting far better FPS. Any idea what’s wrong? I’ve tried different drivers and reseating the GPU. Nothing seems to work.
