Having it as well. Posted in another topic about it but will add my name here for the sake of the numbers.

I’m also having this issue. Bought the game but can’t play it. It’s obviously connecting fine because it tells me when a character name is in use but then when I find one that isn’t throws up error: 1004:6:16:287:101 my router is all set up fine along with everything else.
