I keep getting disconnected the first time, each day, I enter the game, after logging on, choosing a character, and roaming around in game for a few minutes, if I am lucky any longer, I get disconnected back to the character select screen with a message, “lost connection…”, and all the other reasons why I got disconnected, could I get some help with this please?

I always get disconnected at sometime after Mordremoth is defeated, can I get some help with this?
I was doing the storyline quest, Living world season 3 and got to Bloodstone Fey map, just got a mastery point at a very high area, left to do stuff real quick, came back and found I can’t log-in to the game due to errors, I can login to my character select screen, just not into the game, can I get some help please?
