Thank you sooooo much for your help!!!! I can actually play now. That link helped a lot and i used it once before and i think i didn’t go all the way through it and i did tonight and i started my game right up. I can finally continue playing! Again, Thank you so much!

This is all I get and I have redownloaded the game again.

Heres what i have:

OS x 10.8.4 (12e55)
13-inch: 2.5GHz
2.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i5
Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz
4GB 1600MHz memory
500GB 5400-rpm hard drive1
Intel HD Graphics 4000

The computer it’s self is only a month old.
I went into my applications and everything seems okay.

I tried running the game again and still the same problem. It gave me a window, I put it in full screen and all I had was a black screen with a mouse pointer, but my mouse was like the in game mouse design and not the regular black arrow.

For some reason lately (earlier today) while I was in game everything quit on me. I still had internet and a small box popped up saying error with some coded message. I shutdown my laptop and got my client up and running. Once I clicked play a smaller screen popped up and hasn’t done anything (examples: won’t load game, no music, no nothing). I decided I would clear the game off my laptop and redownload the mac beta client since my laptop is a Macbook and that is what I have been using. I honestly don’t know if it’s because the client is in beta still or if its my computer, but my computer does meet or over exceed the requirements. Please help me with this problem… I have a lot of time into this game and I still greatly enjoy it!
