Guild Wars 2

Was running all paths of Crucible, on path 2 teleporter, I was on the teleporter when the movie scene proced. when i exited the movie I was out of the dungeon falling into the lake. I received the dungeon rewards for competition but did not receive the achievement. Has this happened to anyone else

Does not seem to be effecting attack speed, numbers or ingame effect. The visual of swinging seems to take the same time.
