I did indeed talk with the gentleman at the back, but he gave me some ‘you have no ancestors, you spawned from nothing’ kind of answer. And my Acheivements tab is also devoid of the HoM achievements.

So I haven’t had any problems with linking my GW1 account or receiving upon-character-creation items such as the Hero’s Band, however I did not recieve a Hall of Monuments portal stone and when I used the alternative method to acquire one, my Hall of Monuments was empty (despite having linked my account). Information on this would be appreciated, thank you.
