I just wish Ranger could do something other than roam in WvW. The pet is worthless in any large scale fighting. Would love to see a way for the pet to disappear to buff the ranger / party.

I saw this same user. This was my only loss on 2/28 – Forest of Niflhel map – he was playing as a Reaper. Immediately as the game started he teleported to and capped the mid point before I could even finish capping the Mine (home location).
He proceeded to teleport back and forth between those two locations all game. If he went to downed state he could still teleport, making it basically impossible to finish him and eventually he’d get back up.
I am fairly certain everyone in the match reported him. He didn’t attempt to deny he was hacking and kept trash talking the whole time. Obviously, how he gets his kicks.
If stomping was ever fixed it would be easier to win 1v2
Celestial with Staff and Sword / Torch is probably better for group play and more dedicated support, but the linked build feels pretty good for solo queuing.
Take the old standard WS Berserker build and replace WS with Druid and Berserker with Marauder. Stacking Might is the flavor of the month, for sure.
Giving up LR and QZ makes me sad, and I do wish I had another stun break, but this build is a ton more tanky and does offer more group support than the old standard. Blinds abound and there is a lot of free healing and regen for everyone. If appropriate you can always pop into Celestial form, but I generally only do this once or twice per match, generally.

Casting my vote in favor of reversing the change. I’d be fine if the attack ability was toned down some, but please let the smoke screen be the F2 ability.
The tool tip indicates the new F2 does not work with Go For The Eyes, Loud Whistle , and Withering Strike traits. Those are the Blind, reduced cool down, and weakness traits, respectively.
Anyone remember Warhammer Online? Warrior Priests and Disciple Of Khaines both had an energy system of sorts. Some of their abilities (primarily their heal skills) used it up while other abilities (primarily their attack skills) replenished it.
Rather than skill 1 costing no energy, instead why not let auto attack replenish small amounts of energy each time it lands? You can still play the class with the native pip regen, but this would give you more energy as a reward for being more engaged in a fight.
