These will help find one that suits what you are looking for.
As a beginner I personally would advise against guilds that ask for 100% representation. While they may be great and awesome people, you shouldn’t feel compelled to always represent only that guild. You can join up to 5 guilds, so you can branch out and find different ones for diffrent areas of interest. I have my main guild, a guild I started for a guild bank, a small guild with some dungeon runners, and a “secondary” guild (which I mainly represent when we need help on guild missions, or a world boss or something.)

If you are interested, I can send you an invite to Cat Biscuits later on tonight, and you can at least check it out.

I’m looking for people to play with not guild although ill look into it.

Also as far as communication most servers have a Team Speak (VOIP) channel set up and can chat with guidlies there.

Like the title says I am completely new to this game, and none of my friends have Guild Wars 2. So I’m looking for friends to play here
Preferable if you had some kind of program to communicate like Steam or Skype.
