It has been like this since 2 days ago for me.

Hello, so.. I tried trading this Rojan The Penitent guy who apparently (According to this wiki page https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Rojan_the_Penitent ) sells some Ascended *, But even though the event is over and there’s no event going on, there’s no way for me to trade him. So i’m just thinking of asking if this is intentional or if the NPC is bugged out? Any help on this topic?
