There are different problems, and all related both to italy ISP and A-net server.
Even other games are affected so it’s NOT ONLY a-net, and it’s NOT ONLY italy ISP.
Till someone doesn’t have technical explanation or official communicate avoid to post “I think is a X problem cuz i do X things”.

I think the problem is Areanet, because I have 5 pg in frostgorge sound and play without lag and no problem, but if I try to play a character that I have a level 12 any map has at least 5 seconds of lag when I can overcome the loading screen, if I try to move a character from Frostgorge hangs in loading screen
