You could try a system restore to your computer. If you have recent restore points, restore your computer back to when you remember it working normally. You will have to re-update some things on your system, depending on how far back you go, it could be faster than re-downloading. Just a shot in the dark! Good luck =)

that’s all I can really recommend, you should only ever use drivers meant for your card. Forcing uncompatible drivers usually causes alot of issues. At the same time if your computer is working fine I wouldn’t worry to much. Hope this helps!
I just logged in and and noticed my game was blurry after the update as well. I unchecked depth blur and the blurriness goes away. Yesterday I had depth blur checked and it wasn’t blurry at all. The update must have done something. I hope unchecking depth blur fixes this for you as well!
Turn your Shader down to medium and that “shine” will go away
