Does a normal Ori node give you 3-4 now? Or has it been reduced as well? Just for comparison.
Trading Post search is wrong info, always!

Agreed with the Trading Post search being broken and needing an overhaul.
I’d like to add to your above post, that the categories need an overhaul as well.
1. Some items exist in no search category at all, which makes it harder to find those items on the Trading Post.
2. For armour, it really needs a search category for Light/Medium/Heavy (above the category for Head/Feet/Chest/Legs/Shoulders).
No. Please DON’T add the option to inspect people. If you want to know what gear someone has, ask them. If you want to admire their gear, take a screenshot or three.
Inspecting gear would lead to “gearscore” type elitism and that has no place in this game.
Which is why multiple people have been suggesting that a preview shows skin names only and NO stats.
They just need to make yellow enemies not affected by AoE abilities, unless you are specifically attacking them.
On my Engineer, when using Static Shot on a red enemy, I wish it would just shoot the red enemy. Instead it goes after every deer, dolyak, rabbit, chicken, and grandma in the vicinity. Really is frustrating when you are trying to get rid of the enemy, and the forest animals fight against you cause of it.
While it is annoying, I agree that they should be affected by AoE, even when you are not targeting them specifically. It’s a tactical decision as to whether to use AoE skills and where to place them so they don’t aggro yellows.
GW2 makes the same mistake virtually every other MMO does out there: it doesn’t place animals in a realistic way. You never see deer running away from you in the forest or a pack of wolves hunting across the map. The pretty much just stand there and like you said, wait for AoE as an excuse to attack.
I’m no animal expert but I think they should have made it more realistic. Especially with animals like hyenas or other predatory mammals. They just don’t wander around in the open waiting for you to come along so they can attack you.
Having animals run away from you, would be fun, I agree. I love it how animals run away from you in Skyrim (mainly because I love trying to hit a moving target with my bow, but that’s another topic!), if they’re not considered ‘aggressive’ animals. Also agreed that animals like deer should be in herds (kinda like the Dolyak in northern Wayfayer foothills), that flee/attack together. The ‘sprinkling’ of single deer to cover a larger area doesn’t exactly follow normal behaviour (and yes I know, it’s a fantasy game!). Patrols of small packs of the more predatory animals (like wolves) would be also nice to see (though some like cats would patrol singularly, in stealth), instead of them always just standing around.
On the flip side, I have noticed multiple times that aggressive animals will go after yellows/whites that wander too close and it’s always fun to sit back and watch, placing bets on who will win. So there is some behaviours ingame that match what you would expect.
Agreed, only if it is preview of the skin though and if we can do it to NPCs as well! Allowing us to preview the item on our own characters as well, would be kinda neat.
“GearScore” checks have no place in Guild Wars 2 and I would not want to see any stats on the item preview.
zaxziakohl, I would disagree with you though on it giving you location information on where to acquire the item. If you want to cheat and find that out, there are 3rd party item databases or the official wiki. Otherwise you write the name down and keep an eye out for it while exploring, or check and see if it’s on the Trading Post.
Personally, I’d love a “wardrobe” feature. LotRO has one of the best I’ve seen in the entire MMO industry and while I’m not saying ArenaNet should duplicate it, it’s definitely a nice benchmark for them, as to a design that is extremely customisable, easily monetizable (is that a word?) and extremely user-friendly.
Being able to easily switch between saved armour colour schemes would definitely be a good start in that direction.
Combine the two suggestions. On death, obscure the screen (though I wouldn’t fade it completely to black) and if they are not rezzed within a minute, have them automatically rezzed @ their base. Should a player start to rez someone, have the counter pause and then reset for another minute, if they are interrupted.
Given that there are no waypoint costs within WvW, the latter should not be an issue.
It’s not just the OoW armour, with spots that cannot be dyed.
As a mesmer, it annoys me that I have a light coloured trim on some armours that cannot be dyed, as well as the bright blue “jewels” that are on some armour (and also don’t fit with some colour schemes).
Agreed that they should allow you to fully customise the colours of your armour.

Easy to get? It’s kitten annoying and time consuming, to try and make sure you get 15 kill varieties.
