Ticket – 121102-000987
Unable to login due to an unauthorized login attempt by an individual which has led my account to being suspended.
Ticket lodged 3 days ago with no acknowledgement or reply.
I am having the exact same problem, usually 2 traits missing when I enter the Mists.
Not affiliated with ArenaNet or NCSOFT. No support is provided.
