stilll bugged,it hit 3-4 times on total of 8 hit, can we have some redpost on this GAMEBREAKING bug?

just a question,i’m leveling up a guardian(actually at 60) and i already prepared the build and the equip for it(full knight) but i got a question for you .

as you can see i use 2 shout(i will use sy on wvw and htl for the dungeon) and soj(ill switch between soj and wall of reflection ,depend on situation.
The main problem for me is that i want to insert empowering might (30 honor) on my build ,but i cant decide what trait i shuold remove.
It is whort for you to remove some trait for use empowering might,or it’s just a waste of point?
