I dont think this is a bug. If an enemy is near your base they’ll have an effect where they will drop 2 supply. Behind Enemy lines or something. Same thing vice versa.

How long is a bit longer?

As long as it takes for them to get it fixed. lol

If you have the network error, just wait 10-15 minutes. To be safe, 20 minutes for the UI to reset. Worked for me.

Ive logged in 3 times since the patch on a beta character in Verdant and this occurs even though there is no problem with my internet connection;

I get the same issue. Affects all of my characters, even non beta ones.

According to others on reddit, only happened if we were tagged as commander upon patching
