Thanks for answers. But I have a utility slot already with a skill that I didn’t choose. And right now I’m at level 18 with zero skill points to spend…

I don’t know if I understand something incorrectly or I didn’t read the patch notes carefully but I can’t find any information so I decide to ask.

After new patch. I don’t get any skill points at all from leveling up. From skill challenge seems fine.

The weapon skill unlock at expected level but not for regular skill points for utility and stuffs.

So when will I get skill points? or.. It is a bug… no.. not again
