We fixed the problem by turning down the graphics to super low and it let us join first try

Weird

Happening a lot in Sparkfly, having trouble logging in with other characters

Started since today’s update (or whenever it came out)

Got it working a second time

If the NPC’s die, the game bugs out and you get stuck in the level

Defeated all the pirates, the green waypoint appears but nothing happens

I don’t want to redo it since the drinking game took SoooOoo long to do

It’s the same 10 people that appear on the Reddit posts that downvote and bad talk this site. You have your own opinion so why not give it a shot right?

For any confusion on what we’re doing

We’re scraping the other site to demonstrate the technology and power of what we’re doing. We’re not relying on it solely as we still allow users to post groups and when they post it on .net it appears on both .com and .net . Notice how knowing we can post on .com we DON’T mass spam them like they did toward us. It isn’t very good business etiquette.

We tried to get in contact with .net in the past and he has ignored our emails (this was well before we started the .net site). Why would we want to join with him now?

The reddit community and the .com creators spammed and attacked .net when it first came out. Here at .net we choose to compete by showcasing better techniques rather than relying on childish games that will only hurt others … temporarily.

Not sure why you’re afraid we’ll take your account data, there is nothing requiring you put in ANY account data into the site.

Server hosting costs are really really cheap. I don’t think .com is complaining about having to run 3 servers for his traffic unless he has spaghetti code and highly inefficient caching. The .com owner is just stressing because we’re taking ad clicks away from him even though we’re not capitalizing from it ourselves (whats 15$ server costs anyhow, its minuscule)
