Ok changing the desktop scale down to 100% helps the track pad on the Touch Keyboard, but touch screen still completely way off?

Example
on the character select screen if you tap the screen with the pen or finger the character spins at 200mph…

OK OK you two miss understand this completely the game runs perfectly OK on the Surface Pro, and it is a lovely device very very fast (Cold boot time is 2 seconds)

My issue is I can not control the character if I’m using the touch screen (Finger or Pen) or using the touch keyboard (the magnet keyboard cover thing)

I did read on other games about changing desktop scaling which by default is set to 150% so I might try and change that back to 100% and then try run the game again….

CPU is 3rd Gen Intel Core i5 Processor with Intel HD Graphics 4000

Has any one used this on a Microsoft Surface Pro, I have issues controlling the game with touch screen or using the touch keyboard?

Could not even exit the game
