I have this bug too, and I am not able to finish my story achievements or earn masteries, this bug was there last week, I thought it was just me.. until i saw this thread.

I am sure, I am not the only GW2 veteran player, who owns all the dyes available already.

Celebratory Dye Pack, is a great gift, but I hope they bring out more dyes, so I can enjoy a special birthday dye for my 3rd birthday too.

I just found a lost Guildie on the forum here, didn’t know she was lost, but no guild chat for her, and I can’t see her in list, and she hasn’t left guild either. Also a new member on same server, who hasn’t transferred, can’t see guild chat, I can see him online, and in list. I can whisper him.
