For the past 3 days i have been getting booted from game ever hr or so. i checked with my isp and im fine its on anet’s end anyone having the same issues?

I am the leader of my guild. Recently I cannot add anyone into the guild but I can kick any guild members.
So I really hope you guys can help me to fix this.
PS: Stuck at player member cap of 50 but even after removing inactive members down to 48 i am still unable to add new members.
