I would love to have ricochet back, that’s my ideal situation because it was fun and that’s really most important.

If we can’t have ricochet back, perhaps making shots pierce through 2 targets or something similar would at least dull the pain of not having it… I still don’t get why a tiny mob can block a shot against something much bigger, does my character just not know how to aim a gun the right way?

Well we’ve reached page 6 and unfortunately our first dissenting opinion who seems to think we actually care at all about the concept of “Purity of Pistol” and what that is supposed to mean for Anet and the devs who clearly don’t play thief or know anyone who does.

Hyperbole there… but really tired of the radio silence on what seems to be an important issue.

Just popped in here to check on the thread and echo again that regardless of how much single target damage I can do, I both miss the look and feel of ricochet and the needed AoE capability it provided for the P/P weapon set. I am not particularly happy with being forced to use a SB as my swap weapon if I want any multi-tag in PvE or WvW.

The reason I made Quip was for P/P confetti hilarity using unload, but really though, without ricochet P/P is unusable in PvE.

I’ve only done P3 once on my Mesmer, but I totally need the tokens for the Gift of The Nobleman so I can make Quip, I have an 80 of every profession, most comfortable on Thief or Mesmer. I will add you to my friends if that’s okay as I am usually on around 6 Pacific.

And after a 36 chest dry spell I finally get the scrap but I don’t even care about the fused weapon anymore. Such is life.

You aren’t really reading what I wrote if that is your takeaway from this. I have yet to see a single scrap since the update on Tuesday and I’ve now opened 25 chests… I am asking if anyone has shared a similar experience since the update.

I had been saving my keys from personal story/map completion/drops so I had 50-ish keys and 70+ chests. Still I find it odd that I’ve hit such a dry spell on scraps, I usually got at least 1 out of every 3 chests.

Probably somewhere between 75 and 125 before the update.

Since the update on Tuesday I have yet to get another claim ticket scrap, I was literally a single scrap away from my 7th ticket. I have opened 20-ish chests and haven’t gotten any. Wondering if anyone else has had the same experience or I’m just having a terrible streak of bad RNG.

Like the title says, I am curious who voices Agent Ifwyn in the Norn personal story. The first time I heard her voice it sounded very familiar but I can’t figure out from where.
