anybody else having a hard time getting this Vial of Manganese Dioxide?

Hi does Vial of Manganese Dioxide even exist?

I’m currently doing tier 3 for crafting Bifrost precursor, and I’m stuck at this part, I’ve used up at least 50 harvesting tool and gotten none so far.

Is this bugged? or am I the only 1 having this problem? I’ve been going around all the maps that are level 55 and up, Coral it self is already hard to find if you add a very low drop rate for the vial of manganese dioxide it can get frustrating for people farming this.

If its a drop rate issue can ArenaNet please adjust the drop rate.

I don’t mind looking for the Coral, but after spending hours and getting nothing, that’s a different story.

Hope ArenaNet finds time to look into this.
