Very good for PvP. The build relies on interrupting enemy players to cause maximum damage, nuff said.

I believe that in order to prevent this whole situation, where the Elementalist can just not die, is to not allow someone in “Vapor Form” to travel through portals. It should be inaccessible. This will fix the whole situation.
