Nice idea, why not try that ^^

Me and few of mine firends from guild played some 2v2 fights for last few days, and we realy enjoy it. After a lot of game we get a idea, how it should looks like.
I guess not only we, but a lot of other players realy want it as a new pvp game mode from years. Lore fit that idea as well – Destiny Edge meet at arena right?
So You dear devs, just need want make special maps for that, and and ranked que for it and it will be great, right? :-)

In our opinion rules should be simple:
1. If all players of your team die u lose round.
2. To win match u need win 2 of 3 round.
3. To avoid match geting to long, there should be some time limit. For example: If round is longer than 5 maybe 7 min it is dead-heat, or after 5 min u start lose hp like on Southsun Survival. There can be any other similar idea.
4. You gain ranking as a team.

How map should looks like:
We (our guild) guess that arenas should be larege like a graveyard at LoF or a bit bigger, but not much. Just adds some pillars, or large stones at them (to help evading ranged spells and kite enemy around them), and some (not to high) floors to let players throw enemy down and shot them from afar.

“Where build them?”
You can “build” such a arena in every single major town – so we will get 6 of them. Eventualy one for mists so we will get 7 – even more than enough.

You can implant some cool mechanic to few of them – for example:
1. One in Rata can have some lightning philars that show themself from time to time, and give pyayer stability for few sec, if he enter them in right time and some strong debuff if u do it in wrong time.
2. The one in Black Citadel can have some cauldron with liquid fire, and they will spill it randomly form time to time, and inflict strong burning from lava if u dont evade that.
There can be a lot of other cool idea, just You must want do that.

You can even make them playable for pve too, as a some sort of challenge. For example you can que to fight some strong npc at them and get some rewards for it – similar to those from Queen Jennah’s Jubilee.

Players realy want fight 2v2 and 3v3, a lot of us wait for it even form beta, so We please You our dear ArenaNet, give it to us and we will be realy, realy grateful

There will be some compensation for glory boosters? I get 104 of them. There was no information that golory will be removed, and now those boosters are useless. I guess that AN should give us some compensation for that, or change them in some other kind of good booster, like xp booster or something

Daear devs, you should bring us arena matchs. We all realy want 2nd kind of sPvP. Game is great allready but we realy want play arena’s (death match). You dont need change game to much just add 3-4 small maps with some kind of LoS’es and that is all. Few small maps a bit biger than clock tower should be enoug. In mine opinion you should brind 1v1/2v2/3v3 comps and that will be insane fun. All mine friends share that opinion.
Game is good balanced so is just add map, ad make it. Ranked and free joining one.
And we want be able to que togheter with friends for sPvP, we need it. Spectator mode is fun too. That game have realy huge potential as a eSport so we shoud take that.
