Logitech G35 Headset problems...

I have a G930 which is just the wireless version so I think my fix should apply to yours as well. My headset kept refusing to do surround sound for the longest time and apparently it was because the new drivers are kitten with some models so I downloaded the old drivers. Here are the ones for your model http://forums.logitech.com/t5/Headphones-Headsets-Microphones/Need-old-G35-drivers-please/td-p/706810

To fix your problem using those drivers simply turn on the advanced equalizer and leave it on the default settings. Also make sure that your headset is selected in the sound options panel in game. Hope this helps!

Update: I wiped my laptop, reinstalled windows, reinstalled all my drivers and it worked yesterday. Tried playing again today and same problem. Other games still run fine it’s only guild wars 2 that has a problem

I tried defraging the GW2.dat file using Contig but that also didn’t help

Deleting local.dat didn’t do it I don’t think it would be bottlenecking since it was working just fine a few days ago, and other games run fine. Thanks though!

Starting yesterday I have gone from a sold 40 fps on medium/high settings to a max of 15 fps on the lowest video settings for seemingly no reason. I didn’t install any programs, or change anything with my computer, it just suddenly started lagging. I tried reinstalling drivers, doing a virus scan, checking for overheating, running the repair mode for Guild Wars but nothing has worked. Guild Wars 2 is also the only game that gives me lag all the other games I tried run normal. I’m on an alienware m17x R2 and I’ve attatched my DxDiag file, I would appreciate any help/ideas thanks!
