I’m not moving the entire drive, I’m keeping the os on the main drive I just wanted to move games and photoshop to the second drive. I was just wondering if I could just copy and paste the whole gw2 folder over there without causing any problems that would require me to re download the whole game..

Im about to buy a new ssd and I would like to move gw2 off the ssd with the os on it can I just copy the files to the new ssd or is there some complicated registry stuff that will get messed up if I try that? Because I really really don’t want to download gw2 again, if it’s going to be a problem I’ll just leave it on the main ssd I just wanted to move all my games to the faster ssd.

A video card can only help so much.. At some point your CPU will start bottle necking your system or ram if there’s not enough.. Without the specs for the rest of your pc it’s hard to say what the weakest link is.

Considering I just built an ivy bridge z77 i5 3550 with 8gig ram a hd 7870 and a128g ssd including windows 7 for just under a thousand. So yeah his purchase of this computer was not very well researched since a computers twice as good can be had for half the price. But I guess if he’s happy with it that’s all well and good but facts are facts..
