Here’s my Necro Midgetjuice with a graphic glitch on a transmuted order of whispers helm. (only lasted till I went to new area)

If you are a 400 artificer you can craft the furniture mystery tonic.

How about Final Rest staff? It may not be a legendary weapon but it is a legend.

I use a power/well build. My favorite combo is start in staff drop mark of blood, chilblains, then putrid mark. Then drop well of suffering, blow up two bone minions then pop DS 4. Works great and everything dies.

I have experienced lag also and a graphics glitch when fighting mobs. The lag was so bad that my attacks would happen about 15 seconds after I pressed the buttons.
