Capitals were included because when right clicking a name from a guild screen or friends list to send mail, the sender box auto fills the name, so nope that definitely isn’t the problem

Bump for finding out how the iron, coarse leather, and silver i sent him got lost in the void

Same thing happened to me and a real life friend last night, sending him mats and gold to make some bags, hit send, his computer crashed, he comes back online and in ventrillo and says he doesn’t have mail. Would be nice to get my mail returned or implement a player to player trade window, but instead i guess half the gold i had saved and tons of mats are lost to the void.

Yup, which is why I’d like to get a mod to respond to this, I know they’re active since other posts after this one have been answered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My friend asked me to post on his behalf since he still doesn’t have access to his account. He generated a ticket (120903-012975, 120905-000445) after he was denied access to his account subsequent to receiving first an email with a password change request and then an email account change notification from Arenanet. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.
