Guild Wars 2

I play the game, I played GW1 and GW2 since launch. I have tried everything. My sisters account won’t work anywhere. This is a real problem. They need to address it.

I am sure I didn’t write the wrong email address, as I tried to email the address the way I could have spelled it wrong, and it doesn’t exist!

I have tried everything you guys said, I bought the account for my sister. I’m starting to think that I spelled her email wrong, but I was 100% sure putting it in. If I did spell it wrong what would I say in the ticket?

Exact same problem here. I’m going to send a ticket. I was starting to think I wrote the email address in wrong. If your problem gets solved tell us. Please give updates; I’ll try to update my situation as well.
