Is that also for the WvW jumping puzzle? Never tried that place a second time yet, though the awesome rewards might be worth it to be done again!

I had the same problem, and I had no party at all.
This is what fixed it though:
After falling back to the gate to defend it against the risens, I went all over the allowed story map and pressed “TAB” everywhere (this will lock into enemies) and sure enough, there was a risen that was in a corner area ready to be killed before moving on to the next portion of that story quest.
