My main char is the only one with that story. Restarted 8 times at least

I completed previous missing steps and it’s gone. Maybe the new expansion?

in that step I’m stuck.
When I speak to him a window compare and hide quickly, then another one with many questions. I tried to read all many times without success, same questions appears and no one permit to me to go forward.
I tried to restart the step at least 10 times.
