PS: Ophidia, though I picked your answer as right, I wouldn’t say the guild did nothing wrong.

They shouldn’t keep re-inviting people. But I was mistaken in that I kept “hitting ignore” when I saw it when I logged into the game. If that makes sense.

I did open the panel and dismiss the invite. But this guild has tried to invite me several times.

But Ophidia, you are right, that I was “hitting ignore.” The difference for this time and before is that I was not in-game, and when I logged in and kept seeing it, I would “hit ignore.” When the guild tried to invite me while I was in-game, I would dismiss it.

It still annoys me that a guild can set up an invite when you are not even in game that bugs you every time you log in. It did go away when I opened the panel and dismissed it. Then I sent a mail to one of the guild leaders to please not do that again. This guild has been pretty aggressive in inviting me.

How do I file a complaint about a guild? I have a toon that is not representing a guild, and I get a lot of unasked for invites. (I do belong to a guild and am looking for another, but I prefer to do it myself.)

Anyway, most of them go away when I ignore, or a few even send me a tell inviting me, which I appreciate and respond to. But there is this one guild that has apparently written a script for auto invites. I get an invite EVERY time I log in. It’s old. I’m tired of it.

I would not join that guild if it were the last left.

I would think that kind of script is both harassment and against Eula. Who do I complain to? The guild is Devine Serenity. (ds).
