So I had been in and out of support tickets with Anet about some Level3 Dallas Texas server IP that was just making it unplayable when lots of people on the screen, just skill lag with no end. Never got a resolution, I was told it was my ISP and my ISP told me to get bent, I even tried lots of proxies nothing worked.
But after this last optimizations that was mentioned, I am glad =). Back to WvW.
