Anyone else having this problem? I’ve uploaded all my drivers, tried it on win7 and win xp, same issue.
I select character, hit play, tries to load for a few seconds and freezes. GW2 not responding in task manager. Every single time.
I pulled the video card and cleaned it out. The video card was never hot or anything. I also remembered that the computer would shut down at random sometimes. It has been doing that for a few weeks now and now it doesn’t run games at all. All except LotRO anyway. LotRO seems to run ok.
So far, all I can get the game to do is run for a minute or two and freeze to a tan, lined screen. I can tell when it is going to do this because the fans all kick on full. I was thinking my power supply is failing? It does the same thing on Star Wars the Old Republic as well.
Any help would be splendid. Thanks!
Also, by crashing I mean it totally locks up the computer. It requires a hard reboot every single time.
After the last update, GW2 crashes so often I can’t even play anymore. I updated drivers, dropped video quality, nothing helps.
