All older characters (2 years+?) have their skills reset, no refund of skill points. All LS progress and achievements are gone on them as well as are several collections.
Newer characters seem fine, skills all unlocked, story achievements unlocked, LS unlocked.
Also, what happened to the skill scrolls from before skill revamp, did they get in any way refunded?
