in your gpu control panel set 1)If you got ATI 2)If you got Nvidia

1)Flip Queue Size = 1
2)RenderAheadLimit = 1

Do not set it to 0 as that means default

For those having camera/display/mouse lag, go to your GPU control panel and set 1) if you got ATI 2) if you got Nvidia

I fixed it by transmuting my aquabreather into the one Blopp sells in metrical province http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Blopp
